The M12 metric threaded A-coded connector is the most commonly used connector in today’s industrial automation field. Its design standard is IEC 61076-2-101, and it is primarily developed for factory automation sensors and actuators. Our M12 connector products are designed with consideration for a variety of harsh operating environments, covering application requirements across different climates and scenarios, such as resistance to high and low temperatures, hydrolysis, oil, corrosion, ultraviolet radiation, bending, abrasion, and drag-chain flexing. The M12 A-code uses a specific A-type recess-and-protrusion keying structure to distinguish it from other keying types such as B, C, D, X, S, T, K, L, M, and Y.

Our M12 connector products are designed for various harsh operating environments and cover application requirements for different climates and scenarios, such as high and low temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, flex resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to repeated bending in drag chains. The M12 A-code uses a specific A-type keyed groove design to distinguish it from other keying codes such as B, C, D, X, S, T, K, L, and Y types.
The Xisam assembled type currently offers 3-, 4-, 5-, and 8-pin versions.
The mating end is available with semi-plastic, full-plastic, or full-metal housings; the rear cable outlet diameter is available in three options: 4–6 mm, 6–8 mm, and 10–12 mm.
Matching cables are available in unshielded, shielded, oil-resistant, hydrolysis-resistant, and UV-resistant materials.
