M12 metric‑threaded Type A coded connectors are the most widely used in today’s factory automation sector, designed to IEC 61076‑2‑101. They are specifically engineered for factory‑automation sensors and actuators. Our M12 connector products are rigorously designed to withstand demanding operating conditions, meeting a broad range of environmental and application requirements, including resistance to extreme temperatures, hydrolytic stability, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, UV exposure, bending fatigue, abrasion resistance, and compatibility with cable drag chains. The M12 Type A coding features a distinctive male‑female keying design that clearly distinguishes it from other keyed variants such as Types B, C, D, X, S, T, K, L, and Y.
